Kfc Refunds

I ordered At KFC woodstock for delivery , the order was accepted and money deducted from my account. A few minutes later the order was canceled due to no drivers available. I have still not received any refund , it has been 4 days now. The customer care is just as useless. Spent over r200.00 on airtime on numerous calls just to be told they will get back to me
