KFC Refund ****

I made an order amounting to R267.80 on the KFC website and it was to be delivered by their delivery service, the delivery guy picked up the order at KFC Montclair but it was never delivered to me. This happened on the 17th of November but up to this day I have not received my refund, i have been calling but they keep sending me from post to pillar. Each time i call their customer care i am told the money has been paid back to me which is not true, i have even sent them my bank statement to show them that the money has not reflected on my account but they still haven't paid me.
