KFC refund process is a ****

The refund process is ridiculous. I ordered, paid and KFC cancelled the order and promised a refund on the the 28 feb 2026 and still waiting till today...I was told I have to call and wait for email with a code...Im still waiting for the email, then I must call my bank...why must I call, follow up and beg for my own money...if this is how refunds work then how many people money have they ****** who have not followed up.
