KFC Refund process

Ordered online food for delivery and the order was cancelled it then took my money. I then contacted KFC head office and they informed me that it will take 10 to 14 days for my money to reflect. I feel that this is very unfair as they are quick to take your money but hold onto it for 10 to 14 days before KFC refunds you.
