KFC refund me.. Or feed me..

The KFC online ordering and delivery experience was highly disappointing. Despite placing an order, I never received the food, and upon inquiry, I learned that the store was closed due to load shedding, and the delivery driver failed to arrive. What adds to the frustration is KFC's policy shift – they no longer provide vouchers for undelivered orders; instead, customers are required to endure a lengthy wait of 7 to 14 days for a refund. This situation is especially challenging for me, as I used my last funds to place the order, and the delay in refund processing may incur additional bank charges. Considering these issues, it's evident that KFC's online ordering system is not functioning smoothly, and it might be more prudent for them to reassess or suspend it altogether.
