KFC refund me my money

Pathetic service I ordered food they confirmed the order took my money but food never got to me and according to them they gave the food to a guy they themselves as the company don’t know wheras the delivery guy who accepted my order did not take my order now I’ve been requesting for a refund and they can’t seem to help me
