KFC Refund CAS *** G3C4G4

I purchased food on the KFC app on the 06-12-2023, there was an error while doing the payment on the app but the transaction was approved and left my bank account. I logged a call the same day and the customer service agent said that it would take 14 days for the refund to be processed. Today is the 18-01-2024 and i still have not received my refund. I called the call centre on numerous occasions. My reference number for the call is CAS *** G3C4G4.
