Kfc refund

So I tried placing an order the on the kfc app on 1st April 2022, I was asked for my card details. I got the OTP to authorise the transaction, after that the order came back unsuccessful. But the funds were deducted. And I have no order, nothing. To today, I have not received a refund. I completed the contact form twice via the kfc app, no response. I emailed and just got an auto reply. Terrible service really.
