KFC "RE-VAMPED" SASOLBURG, collins str

To all the Sasolburgers and visitors to our town. This is the worst take-away KFC in town! After a "Re-vamp" you would expect better and quicker service.. Oh my G*... Worst than before!! We've experienced bad service before, but tonight even worse. Stood in the 'drive-thru' for 40mins. Came to the order-bot and the lady told me to wait! Excuse me, iv'e been waiting for 40mins already, and you tell me to wait... The f$%&!! There's a qeue of cars behind and infront and not even moving! The service, even after the "re-vamp" is worse than before!! They can atleast get qualified personell to get the job done!

Im seriously dissapointed and this place won't see me soon. B.T.W it took me 10mins at BurgerKing, even when there was a qeue, order placed, paid and got my take-away... Priorities and planning is key! KFC.. you are pathetic! Learn from the best.
