KFC R.D. Naidu Sydenham pathetic service and food

Pathetic service and incorrect order supp**** all the food was cold the chips supp**** was hard like it was fried a few hours ago and kept under warmer we are in a hospital and we cannot get hold of the store due to the telephone number on the receipt does not exist how does a store operate if u can’t contact the store. I have contacted the customer service and got another number which nobody picks up shows the level of service and this is not the first bad experience I have encountered with this store the store namely is KFC R.D. Naidu Sydenham customer care won’t even supply me with contact details of the owner or the manager
