KFC raw chicken after two trips for a wrong order.

Most pathetic service Kfc raisethorpe pmb. Waited at drive thru then asked to park total of like 30plus minutes we get home and theres no wings. Get in the car go all the way back go inside this tym join da long queue ask for the manager she comes opens da packet looks at me and asks o whats the problem. I said its a special mam where are the wings im driving up and down waiting in queues time ill never get back. No apology she takes my order to the back changed da packet not before half my chips fell into it sends me back da same cold chicken a large chips dry cold chips back to me that half fell in the other packet and they didnt bother to fill just sent me da half chips another lady comes and leaves it at the counter i look in no mash and gravy she says to me o didnt you get it i said mam you'l took my whole order to the back. She comes gves me two mash the same i had brought back leaking n goes away. I get home the 5 piece is not one of each piece it has two wings now tell me is this how its supposed to be no its supposed to be one of each piece thigh, drum ,side and centre breast and wing. No we get two wings. I break open the thigh its raw raw and I gave it to my dog.KFC ur service is pathetic i want my money back i will never buy from u guys again. NEVER. This is not on and especially after paying for sides we didnt just buy the special. 125 down the tubes for food we did not eat and i had no energy to go back to KFC for a 3rd time.
