KFC Randburg Taxi Rank Incident

So disappointed with the KFC in Randburg, they didn't give me my slip to confirm I had ordered then there a gentleman by the name of Luthando who took My bank card without my permission which I feel is unfair cause I never asked for assistance, I would like my card returned to me, I was then greeted by a patron who questioned that I didn't make a purchase at the self help desk cause there are no till slips and she treated me poorly, I complained to a manager who didn't take my complaint serious and had security throw me out the establishment.so this is how you treat customers. It's not right KFC,

So basically you guys dont care about your customers safety and well being,im highly disappointed in the KFC Brand and to have my card taken by an employee without my consent is just disappointing
