Kfc Queenswood / Kfc Customer Care

Good evening. We had an issue with online orders(delay for order to display in store). After a call to Queenswood KFC a friendly staff member Virginia refered me to customer care (No delivery was available at that time).

Customer care did not even try to help me or take my details and put the phone down after 10mins of batteling for any assistance. Such a disappointment.

After a 15 minutes I phone the store and spoke to amazing lady Vannessa. She took my details to see if she can assist me. After 5minutes she phoned me back and said. Both my orders were received and they are prepairing it for me 5stars for Queenswood. Keep up the amazing services
