Kfc Queenstown Nonesi mall

I ordered KFC from Queenstown Nonesi mall on the 1st of June 2024 via their Q-skip option at 18:36. I went fetch my order at 19:03 and they said I have to wait for 5 minutes. I waited and received my order and left. When I got home the meat was raw and red and wet inside. I left a review on the online ordering platform and they sent me an email to say I would be entered into a draw. Instead of responding to my complaint. Nobody bothered to call and apologize, nothing. I am so disappointed as I use the same KFC almost everyday as I work in the same mall.
