KFC QUEENSMEAD MALL, UMBILO, Durban 5 Dec 2023

KFCBStaff at Queensmead Mall KFC (umbilo), Kfc staff demanded surveys from when my husband had his meal in the store and i had went to get something, they did not inform us when we were at the counter purchasing the meal, that we had to do the survery as i know usually they would ask for R2 donations but they did ask for it at all nor tell about the survey but later on the other staff member was vulturing on my husband and insisted on the herself conducting the survey and went as far as taking his cellphone and stating that she (staff member) had to do it to rate the Stores services. The lady went as far as taking the phone and doing the survey herself and giving our her own ideal rating. Please warn your unprofessional and vulturing staff, not to try and be opportunist. She spent more than 5minutes doing the so called Survey on the Cellphone meanwhile the service was pathetic. I don't know if the Management at KFC Queensmead Mall in Umbilo Durban, tells the staff to do that or what the important stuff such as donations aren't asked but cellphones are quick to be touched? How does a Staff member touch a client's Cellphone, is it part of KfC training because the slip has steps to helping us customers that's if we want to do it the survey or are we forced? WE came in the store from 10:45/ 10:50am and left 11:20am on 5 December 2023, had ordered street five meal and 10 zinger wings. Bad And pathetic unprofessional staff, disgusting behavior.
