KFC Queensburgh

Pathetic service at the malvern branch. Online order was placed 45min prior to them even attending to us at the branch. Then the staff dont know what is happening and cant find our receipt after weve already paid online. If i wanted to wait 45min i would have walked into the store and ordered.
