KFC quality is *******

I went to KFC Rynfield, firstly the drive through speaker didn't work properly, I ordered 2 kids meals and 2 box meals with zinger burgers. The burgers were not packed correctly and was deconstructed with the sauce messed everywhere by the time I got home, the zinger fillet was burnt and was half the size of the bun. Because KFC have the monopoly in terms of fast food in South Africa they feel they can do as they wish. My previous complaint more than two years ago, I am still waiting a response. I will not be supporting KFC anymore and hope my fellow South Africans will do the same until such time KFC values us South African as customers. I promise you that this pathetic service will not be tolerated in other countries.
