KFC quality going down the tubes

KFC Table View beachfront. When ordering a dish with gravy it used to be thick and tasty. Now KFC is following the CEO Maximizing profit for as little as possible and their once great gravy is now only gravy for the CEO and his buddies. What happened to your good gravy. (Second time in a row - they obviously have changed the ingredients/recipe) Thanks, but no thanks, after complaining about watered-down gravy, I will be spending my cash elsewhere. KFC - your clients are not stupid and nor are your competition. Cheers. Please, don't bother to call me with a PR phonecall and apologize... all just part of the lipservice.
