KFC Protea Heights - Low standards

Bought a 21 piece bucket from this store on 30 September 2021 and received 20 pieces. This was not the first time that I was short changed by this store when purchasing a bucket, nor when purchasing other items from their menu, I At 1 stage, their burgers had half the standard chicken patty that other stores were offering. Lodged a complaint via corporate and they offered a street wise 1. My fuel will cost more than the streetwise 1. This store has been a disgrace since opening. The franchisee should be reprimanded as he /she shows no interest in fixing the low standards at this store.
