KFC Protea Heights

When arriving at the window the assistant didnt greet me nor say anything, she and another lady was talking and typingnon the computer, another lady arrived couple seconds later and i was only said to wait, still no greeting. There is a big sign saying please wear your mask however non of the 3 ladies wore their not even when ordering. After couple minutes i had the chance to place my order, i had to repeat myself 3 times and my order was still wrong. I ordered a dunked crunch box and sprinkel pops. My dunked crunch burger was not dunked, my sprinkel pops had no sprinkels and i had no chips.

I had to return to the restaurant and went in. Fistly, the smell when walking in is worst than a dumpster. Black filth marks on the floor and staff lounging around the place. Again approaching the counter no one greeted me (with 4 staff standing behind the counter) and no one trying to assist me, the lady from the drive thru had to come to me as no one else wanted to. I told her whats wrong with my order and she gave my chips only. I had to ask someone else for the sprinkles whereby i was told they do not have stock, i said then i want to change my order for normal pops as its the same and i was told i cant as i have paid already. Absolutely useless and disrespectful towards customers. This KFC will not see me again soon
