KFC Protea Glen Mall is a shame!

If you want to frustrate yourself, go to KFC Protea Glen Mall. The drive thru is ridiculously slow and the service is very bad. I ordered 8 wings and you won’t believe when I got home there was Only 4 wings in that bag. When I drove back to the lady that was actually packing drive thru orders (MPHO), she didn’t even care to assist. I had to raise my voice for her to go double check the cameras and when she came back, she didn’t even show remorse or apologize for her mistake. No more shame!! First time I ordered 6 piece and they put in 5 pieces I forgave them because I thought it was mistake. But last night confirmed that they actually do it on purpose. Sies man!!
