Kfc protea glen crusty chicken pieces

Hi I'm so disappointed with kfc protea glen mall..I bought 2 street wise meal for me an my son...when I get home the pieces were so small an crusty..I layer a complain but the lady who called say we mustn't eat an return te meal tomorrow as I can't take it back today...so must sleep with hunger cs I bought it for supper not for fun...pls tell me what do...I asked them to send the drive with my supper then but she says no drives.order number 251...my number is ***
