KFC Protea Glen Bad Service

I'm no fussy person but this is my first time writing a formal complaint about a business. On the 6th I went to protea Glen Mall KFC to be exact and was so disappointed with how they handle difficult situations such as network problems. In this state we live in, it's definitely hard for all citizens to make means but we try to spoil our family and have a good time, and I made a decision to support KFC but it was the simplest and worst service ever. I waited on the drive through department for almost 15mins burning petrol just to be told I cannot make any card purchases due to network issues. My problem that I asked about is "why didn't I get someone in the drive through to explain to all consumers that card purchases are not working". The cashier lady is the most polite because she empathized with me and she saw it was a simple mistake done. If there's a problem, shift supervisors should intervene and give orders or make amends to make sure of full client satisfaction but I still did not see that. Kgotso was the shift supervisor that day and she could not handle the situation easily, a simply sorry I made a mistake was sufficient for me because it's her duty to make sure staff members adhere to instructions and make sure business continues as normal. But how she handled the situation was not great, how can you ask a customer to go make a withdrawal at an ATM? I work in a banking industry, firstly I queue, then get charged to enjoy your food? Totally unacceptable. Till point purchases were introduced to make our lives a little easier. I left without ordering and after leaving then someone was available to help customers with the problem at bay. I'm so not happy with the service I received and hoping to see a change. I'm human and do not expect people to lose their jobs but please put your people aligned with the vision of the company and provide efficient training for difficult situations. Fetching kids from school and telling them "Yeeyyy we are having lunch at KFC Protea Glen" only for them to get disappointed. Poor service, I will never use KFC Protea Glen, as a resident here, I will rather use other shops far away rather.
