KFC Prote Heights staff working with no masks am not Covid-19 protocols being followed by placing customers lives at risk

I went to purchase food at KFC Protea Heights in Brackenfell last night. I was gob smacked while waiting for my order to see how KFC places their customers at risk.

Firstly, a lady working at the back preparing and packaging food orders was working with no mask on. How do you do that. I have a video I recorded as well as evidence. Then a minute later a lady I believe was the Manager walks out to the drive-thru window to explain something to a staff member regarding the order display screen with no mask on and speaking to the staff member while she is also busy with food. That is gross negligence and placing us as customers at risk with Covid-19. While this happens, two customers come in complaining that their orders are wrong. They open the meals, speak over the food then walks to the back and comes back with the right orders. So my question again is, those customers left the store and opened their orders up outside and who knows what safety mechanisms they had in place and yet they allowed to bring the food back and then it gets exchanged and the incorrect items and then placed on the serving trays again.

When I asked the staff member about this and raised my concerns, she just shrugged it off and shouted to the back in a language which I was not fami**** with and then just spoke to someone else.

I would advise that you go and check your store survailance cameras and you will actually be saddened to see this. The scary part is this happened in a 15 to 20 minute period while I was there and I dread to think about what happens throughout the day.

I left the store in shame that KFC would place their customers lives at risk in that manner. I dumped my order that I paid for as I was not going to place myself or my family at risk as I have two family members suffering from comorbidities and we take extra precautions when it comes to our health.

I have logged this matter on your website but received no response. My next step if I receive no response is to post the video online and then sharing it with all my media and broadcasting colleagues.
