KFC PROMISE ON TASTE GUARANTEE AND PROMISE MEANS NOTHING

Case Number: CAS-***-V4V4C4 Case Summary: Fwd: BAD FOOD, DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCES Good day I've had 2 really not good experiences with KFC food. You do say if not MMMMMMMM, will replace it.. #1 Bought All in 1 Feast from Meyerton KFC 13 July'22. Chicken was oily and the coleslaw seriously dry. Suppose to be that tasty sauce , one of KFC's best products #2 I was actually really Disgusted and there's No other word to describe it. I've bought 2 x Zinger Nugget boxes, which include crunch burger NOT A MINI / SNACK BURGER, LIKE WE GOT IT THE BOXES. I was seriously disgusted when I opened the box, open the "crunch burger". It's seriously PATHETIC EXCUSE FOR A CRUNCH BURGER. NOT SUPPOSE TO BE SO SMALL, OTHERWISE SHOULD HAVE PUT ON MENU IT'S A MINI CRUNCH BURGER... you don't even bit a piece of chicken breast, like you think are suppose to, it's just piece of crumb, no meat...You say you guarantee the best taste and value for money, BUT I WILL NEVER WASTE MY MONEY AGAIN TO BUY KFC, NOT WORTH MY MONEY AT ALL AND BAD STANDARDS, TASTE..GO AND HAVE a look at Crispy Chicken franchises, they give real value for money and really good taste. My first email I've send at 23/08/22 and last mail 27/09/22 and STILL No response whatsoever from KFC!! So much for their Taste Guarantee, if not nomnom, we'll replace it etc....
