KFC Promenade is disgusting

After making my mom(a pensioner) wait after being told they will see if there is still chicken for her order, no one came back to her. If i hadnt been there, my mom would have probably stood there like an idiot until they are done cleaning. Thandiwe who was at tge door eventually says she told my mom that they are closed. Asked her why she would let her stand there for such a long time(i knew how long it was because i went to Mcdonalds for tge kids). Manager intervened and said they should take our order if there is still chicken. We assumed that there was still chicken because Thandiwe asked what we wanted. I told her the meal for two. I requested a side breast and again with attitude told md i cant request at that time which i perfectly understood. Not a single person came back to us and said there is no chicken. They staff were putting in their chicken requests so again we were sure we were going to get our order. Eventually we the only customers in the store, the msnager comes out and asks why we havent received our order yet and they now have the nerve to say there is no chicken. I explain to the manager what happened and she also confirms that she was under the impression that our chicken was made with the last batch. Thandiwe came to the front and we went at it. Security who could hear the noise of a customer and a staff member had to calm the noise. She blatantly said she will not make our order and that we can sleep there if we want to. She has no respect and disregards her manager. I feel sorry for what your regular customers have to endure at this store. She has zero customer service and has no interest or respect for her work or the KFC brand!
