Kfc price increase

I went to kfc at flipnel pretoria west yesterday and apparently the prices went up.the teller did not bother to explain till i ask the manager what happening( who was not soo unhelpful.he just laughed and say , m sorry .the drice through menu prices not updated.this is day light *******.the worse part is when i got home, the was no gravy inside according to what i ordered.if not mistaken my order includes a mini loafs but they wer not ther.last time i once bought 8 Wings and they came shot.They should upgrade their standard or hire better people who knows what customer service is .
