KFC Preller Plein - Dissapointed

KFC Preller Plein..no chicken on 31 Dec 2019 when ordering +- 18:00 using the drive thru. Staff clearly have no idea what menu items they have available. Staff member at drive thru window *********** regarding menu items and availability and communication clearly not her strong point.Clearly they did not want to prep anything. When we were told they dont have any chicken we opted for dunked wings..the response was..sorry it will take 20 minutes. So i am asking myself what were the staff doing....when clearly there were no menu items available. Dissapointed..as this is the best KFC in Bloemfontein and we are regular supporters..but they must be careful not to go down the same route as KFC Zastron ...
