KFC poorly service

Today I went to buy a family treat meal 10 piece, when I got home the meat was hot while I didn't request for that I wanted regular KFC. I am so disappointed in the fact that I wasted my money buying meat for my kids and they couldn't even eat it so can u please look into this matter for me
