KFC poor service

Ordered KFC 6 chicken meal, it took them 1 hour to prepare the meal. When I came back to get my order I was rudely told by the ladies that they gave my order to someone else.... I must wait again. I got angry and left the shop without the order not my money. Poor service from KFC midrand mall Chinatown
