KFC Poor Service

KFC gugulethu branch service is very bad. Ordered and made online payment, waited and waited until I decided to callback and I was told that the driver could make the delivery because their driver is driving a bicycle on top of it all I asked for my money back and I was told that I could not retrieve my money as it would take a few days until I get my money back from them
