KFC poor service

Had a bad experience in one of KFC outlets in Sophiatown. I ordered my food online for collection and l had to wait for the food almost an hour. I complained at the counter and was told to wait. They started serving people who came after me and l complained again but was ignored. I eventually got my meal which was 9 pieces of chicken and chips. When l got home. I found the chicken was half cooked and had to put it in the oven. I sent a complaint to KFC but they never bothered to respond. No wonder their staff do not have customer care.
