KFC POOR SERVICE

The KFC at Empangeni in Maxwell drive has zero customer service. The staff is rude and unprofessional. The store is suppose to be opened at 6:00am every morning but they always open 15-20min late. When customers ask they say the product is not ready.

Why say you open at 6:00 and not start working early for the product to be ready upon opening time?

We request for better service from this KFC.
