KFC POOR SERVICE

I am very much upset and disappointed by the poor service at KFC Paarl Village, in the Western Cape. They are always out of ice-cream every time I'm there to buy ice-cream for my kids. And I mean EVERY SINGLE TIME i go there!!!!! I have been complaining numerous times, but today I thought they do it on purpose. How is it possible that they ALWAYS "have a problem with the machine"??? Absolutely POOR service.... Never buying from them ever again!!!!
