KFC POOR SERVICE

I thought the self service machines were supposed to make our lives easy but yoh the service I got from KFC Potch, klerksdorp elandshuiwel and klerksdorp CBD was very poor. Cash paying customers qué forever with no assistance at all, and with no communication from the staff. The food takes forever to get ready. I don't think I'll be coming back to any of this stores or any other KFC ever.
