Kfc Poor Service

Kfc Thaba Nchu don't know anything about customer service. Kfc has a special for 1 bucket meal for R29.90 + free fountain soda but Kfc Thaba Nchu staff said they can't give us any fountain soda because the machine is not working for a period of time. So i told the lady this is cheating and her reply is to me how can that be because it's for free. How can they be so rude. We ordered 7 specials, so we must just be happy to take it with out any drinks. This is poor service.
