KFC Poor service

Went to the Panorama with my 7 year old son on a Saturday night 28/02/2015 and had this experience! <br> <br> Drunk man in the line shouting after I asked him to stop tapping my sons arm! Left the store as I was not feeling comfortable then returned to a long que with 1 casheir open, and the drive through not open due to the till not working, and at the same time the manager was sitting on the phone doing nothing about any of it! Went next door to the Nandos where I received excellent service as there were 3 cashiers ready to take your order and waitresses who helped to find our order, and the manager was with his staff helping! <br> <br> Will not return to that store and had a very disappointed son who really wanted KFC! <br>
