Kfc poor service

Im so disappointed in KFC I ordered food on the App on the 28th of May the money was taken from my bank the food didn’t arrive i called the care line and they said I would be refunded no apology nothing till Today have not got my money back from KFC no call from them to update me my kids slept without eating that evening that was my last money and i want my money back today will never buy from KFC again!!!!
