KFC Poor Service

31/08/2023 I am highly disappointed and hurt of the incident that had happened to me. I ordered KFC in Doornfontein store using my partner online app at 17:40 then it said I must come collect at 17:55. I paid online and the transfer went through, when I get there at 18:00 they told me they don't have meat and its now loadshedding (loadshedding that started 5 minutes after my collection time) at 18:00. The manager said I must call customer service will give me my money back. I am about to sleep with a stomach empty, both my son ate porridge as that was my last money. I cannot believe their service _ Unhappy with the service
