KFC poor service

We KFC Darwin Centre last week to get dinner on our way home as it was a long day and we had loadshedding by the time we got home. We ordered three snack meals for the kids and two fully loaded box meals, one original and the other Zinger. I asked the lady at the drive through if everything was in the bag and she said yes. When we got home, we realised that we didn't receive our chicken and wings that was supposed to be included in our box meals. I called the store immediately to inform them. The lady asked if I could come fetch the chicken and wings, but I said no, they should deliver. We waited for about an hour, still no delivery. When I called again, there was no answer. The next day I decided to complete the survey and requested them to make contact with me, which they failed to do. I am very dissapointed and won't order from them again.
