Kfc poor poor service

Just got the worst service I've ever had at Kempton park monument street. I ordered a 21 piece and an 8 piece, then we waited fo more that 20 minutes for the order then the waiter came and told us they didn't have take away bags, again we waited for another 15 minutes whereas they gave us our order in BLACK PLASTIC BAGS, and on top of that the manger was totally useless didn't help in any way. Clearly kfc is not ready the government should just let them open in level 1... Am beyond mad
