KFC poor hearing skills

KFC ermelo services is in such poor quality that we would never buy there again as they messed up every item in our order (Hawaii twister and zinger twister with 9 chicken nuggets that we were asked how many nuggets with 3 cokes) what we got was a tangy, sweet chilli twister and dunket wings and 2 cokes. How do you explain that?
