Kfc poor customer service

Good morning On the 15 december I ordered kfc on the kfc app on kfc brackenfell hyper they accepted the order after 30 minutes they told me my order was cancelled as they can't find a driver for me and money will be refunded 7 to 14 working days when I query only to find out that kfc is still under construction and I made a different order same app kfc bluedows and never received that one also and before making that order I called if they still deliver in my area they said yes..I called customer care and inboxes them on Facebook the only thing I got was a case number for both orders I've been waiting since even thou they said they will investigate the matter. Thank you
