KFC = POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

My Company ordered a bucket of chicken for our office. We ordered from the Constantia branch, as we have in the past with no issues, as a matter of fact , the office staff really enjoyed the treat.

Today's bucket however was not the same as previous orders , Chicken was extremely salty and cooked to a crisp, almost as if it was spiced with additional salt and refried. Staff took a few bites and turned the chicken away, This meant alot of hungry bellies for the afternoon.

We contacted KFC and offered to drop of the bucket for them to do quality control testing.

KFC have stringent and grueling quality control and customer services standards which means that to date we have not received a response or acknowledgement of our dissatisfaction.

Thanks KFC , your customer service is underwhelming.
