KFC Polkadraai bad service from male manager

I bought a 21 piece bucket of KFC by KFC polkadraai in Kuilsriver outside by Zevenwacht Mall. When we got home to dish the chicken for our visitors some of the chicken pieces were burnt black. I was so embarrassed in front of my guests. Later I called them to let them know, I spoke to a manager there, Celeste, who promised to reimburse me or replace my Chicken as I told them that I stay in Eersteriver, so they can’t just replace a few pieces because of my petrol money. She promised that they will help me, I told her I’ll be there on Saturday or Sunday. She said she’ll leave a note for the other manager to refund or replace the order. When I got there the Sunday morning there was a other manager who saw the burnt chicken and was surprised at how black the chicken was. He apologised for the chicken and said he was just going to inform Celeste that I’m there. He later came back and said that they couldn’t refund me because I only brought back the one burnt piece. I was so upset cause they saw how burnt the chicken was. And I drove all the way for from Eersteriver to Kuilsriver. They wanted to refund me with a five piece chicken. If there chicken weren’t burnt or dry I wouldn’t have to drive back there in the first place. I drove out a R200 diesel atfer they said they would replace the order or refund me. I am very disappointed because I wasted my petrol money to go to & fro. I was promised one thing, but when I came there I was told something else. I received poor customer service. I always buy my KFC there & we always buy the 21 piece bucket. But they really don’t care about the customer. I won’t recommend this KFC to anyone because of the bad service I received.
