KFC PMB commercial Road ratchet behaviour of staff!!!

I have just received unprofessional and ********* behaviour at KFC PMB commercial Road. I had ordered food and received my order number. So I decided to go around the corner for my other errands. When I get back about 10 minutes later, I walk up to the lady sending out orders to request for my food and she tells me I need to wait. I indicate to her that my food was right behind her, and she blatantly tells me that she's going according to order numbers and I need to wait. So I wait, she calls out order 102, then obviously the following order would be 103 (which is my order, bear in mind I'm waiting for my food that is sitting there behind her), but no! She calls out order 101, and I ask her how can she call out that order when she specifically told me that she's going according to order numbers, she responds with attitude that the order 101 was not ready at that time she called out 102, I argue her viewpoint because now I'm being made to wait purposely, I have to wait for her to revert back to other orders until she decides to call my order. I was frustrated and disappointed, I asked for the manager and my money back, the manager comes and agrees with me, she goes in a rage and talks back to even her manager maintaining that I needed to wait. I don't understand how can I be degraded to a beggar and that I have to wait for the food that I have paid for. It was a humiliating situation because now everybody there was looking at us arguing. Since when KFC employees argue publicly with customers??? I'm appalled and disgusted. She kept on arguing and clearly stating that she's teaching me how to be patient!!!! Really!!! I'm being taught patience at KFC!!!! I need a formal apology and compensation for this intimidating and ratchet behaviour of that lady, even her manager couldn't contain her. Her name is Thuli if I'm not mistaken. I'm requesting a regional manager of KFC to contact me for feedback regarding this unfortunate situation.
