Kfc Plumstead zero service

Yesterday I ordered online a fully loaded a box meal and a streetwise mix when I got to the close to the store I ran out of data and was unable to check in on the app I presented my order number to the people working there which is Shane*** I stood there waiting for a whole half a hour customers coming in after me was being assisted and left before me I asked how long is my order going to take staff members looking at me with a blank face and still not assisting me after another few minutes of waiting I then left cause I can't stand and wait for service which I'm not getting and because of all that I had nothing to eat for the whole of yesterday I was very ****ed. Feel like I should have ordered from Mc Donald's instead of kfc.
