KFC PLUMSTEAD APPALLING SERVICE

Good day I purchased KFC from the plumstead branch in Capetown and the 3 times I ordered , my order was incorrect. The first time I paid for 3 large mash and gravy and it was excluded from my order. Second time my 2 large coleslaw was excluded. The third time I bought a festive bucket which comes with a picnic set of cutlery and this was not given to me. I did complain to Mr Delivery and nothing was done to date. I also called through to the branch and the manager said that he will give me a 2lt coke on my next order. This is totally ridiculous because it was advertised and not given to me. And also the previous two orders I was not given those items. I got no feedback and nothing has been done. I find this service to be appalling for such a large restaurant. Its misleading and dishonest advertising.
