KFC Plaza Mtubatuba

So yesterday I placed a click and collect order online at KFC Mtuba plaza which I was going to pay for instore upon collection. I have done this a couple of times before. So I had no idea that you can no longer place an order and then collect it anytime you want as long as it is before 7pm. I also had no idea that they now close during loadshedding.

Upon my arrival I was told that the store is closed by the security guard at the door. I asked him what happens if I had placed an order, after that I was told to come in.

I have never felt so humiliated in my entire life. The guy who spoke to me was very very rude and condescending. I assume he was the manager because he was the only one on his feet, while all the other staff members were sitted. "What time did you place your order?" Before I could check the time he went on and said: "If you placed an order like hours ago, what do you think it would look like right now?" I told him that according to my knowledge KFC only start preparing your order after You have arrived to the store. He asked me how do I expect them to prepare my order when there's loadshedding...

I told him politely that there was no need and then left his store. For the record I am never going to set my foot there again. It's a pity because this was my favourite KFC in Mtubatuba.
