KFC Platterkloof

I placed an order using the KFC app and I ordered from the one at PLATTEKLOOF. My order was then cancelled without any given reason and I got a message that money will be refunded within 7 working days When I try to call their number it says it’s not available I need them to refund me immediately as I don’t have any money now to have something to eat for lunch I can’t wait for 7 working days that is wrong
